We at Coupleworks are a group of six relationship therapists. This year we celebrate 20 years of our unbroken work as committed professional colleagues.

Our strong team comes from our in-depth 4 year
training as counsellors in an industry where such excellent professional grounding is increasingly rare.

We consider relationships in all their complex forms to be central to our values. We understand the importance of standing by our clients as they make sense of dilemmas that affect their lives.

We bring different and shared skills to our group,
and the longevity of our unit is reflected by the many years we have worked as such a successful team

Relationship

Counselling

Couples often need a space to talk about problems that arise from a dilemma or difficulties with communication. We look at ways to alter stuck negative patterns, helping them to feel better heard and understood.

Individual

Therapy

Many people also come on their own to look at current problems they face. Issues such as difficulties with relationships, work and family can often benefit from a dialogue that leads to better understanding of the situation.

Psychosexual

Therapy

Psychosexual therapy is a talking therapy exploring connections between the body and mind, helping individuals and couples to improve their emotional connection and physical intimacy.

Premarriage

Counselling

Premarital counselling helps partners improve their ability to communicate, set realistic expectations for marriage and develop conflict resolution skills.
